Health plan coverage preferences when resources are finite

Project summary

CHCD engaged employers and employees in the challenge of considering priorities when healthcare options surpass available resources.  More than 40 organizations and 750 employees in the Sacramento region addressed the tension between what medicine can do, what consumers want, and for what purchasers are willing to pay.
